We are looking for an ambitious Sales & Marketing professional to join our team as a Recruitment & Business Development Associate. This role is designed for individuals who want real-world experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management within the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for generating meetings with businesses that need hiring support and contributing to talent sourcing efforts. This is a target-driven role with strong exposure to consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Lead Generation & Sales Outreach:
- Research and identify companies actively hiring.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
- Reach out to HR Managers, Founders, and Hiring Managers to introduce recruitment services.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the senior consulting team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline. Maintain accurate CRM records and track conversion metrics.
Marketing & Prospecting Support:
- Assist in developing outreach messaging and email sequences.
- Support LinkedIn engagement and brand visibility initiatives.
- Contribute to campaign ideas to attract employer partnerships.
- Analyze response rates and suggest improvements.
Recruitment & Talent Pipeline Support:
- Help post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Source and screen candidates aligned with client requirements.
- Assist in coordinating interviews between businesses and candidates.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Currently pursuing or hold a degree/diploma/certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment consulting. Confident communicator with persuasive skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection.
- Goal-oriented and performance-driven.
- Familiar with LinkedIn and digital outreach strategies.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple leads.
